canon ir 5000 no seperation

hello to everyone, i have a canon ir5000 but im having problem with the seperation of paper, i've noticed the corona wire is not lit, i've already change the ff: dc controller, hvt board, unit1, hvt transformer, can anyone pls. help me with this problem.

change the housing of transfer separation corona assly & try what will happen

id replace the transfer/sep corona unit,if that doesnt work, remove pre-transfer corona,sometimes that corona will cause this issue. if pre-transfer is shorting out, it will draw down the trans/sep. corona voltage.good luck..
