[Jamming] ir 3235 bypass

Spanking new set-up, right of the box. constant jam from bypass, 0105 codes. Any one else encounter this problem?

Jam Code Of 0105 is Occurring, When Feeding From the Bypass Tray
if the bypass paper feed roller does not turn

Check if pictured gear is broke or missing.
The gear will need replacing to resolve the jamming.

has the door been reinstalled yet? Some c2550 models did this and the ONLY way to stop it was to replace the door. New out of the box! Note: Defective door will act the same way on another machine. Its possible it was something to do with the hinge or plastic on the door. I didnt have time to study it. Others have experienced this with the c2550 family.

Thanks for the replies. I did look at that gear, but I will look closer, and i will look at the door as well. I have a adv 2030 modification and who knows after that. Let you know what I find.

It's working now, we removed another bypass unit, same result. We dissassembled the drive and tried another electro clutch. working!
