Experiencing some fading issues which over the past month have got much worse. It seems to be in a strip about 1.5 inches wide and about 1.5 inches from the top and bottom of the page. Worse when copying than printing. I have attached a copy of an open platen cover copy which shows what is occuring. Could you please let me know what you think could be the problem. Thanks!

First-make sure Transfer Roller is seated properly./Check the front and rear transfer arms for proper positioning/When positioned properly, each end of the transfer roller should "spring back" after being pressed. If the roller is not positioned correctly, check that the springs on each end are in place.

Hello.
My idea is just open any door during printing or copying cycle and have a look on the drum image density. Is the right door solidly closing?"Find a job you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life." Nagy's fatherComment
