[Electrical] Heater Brocken 3 once !!!

I have repaired a canon ir2230 copier ,it gives Error: E000000-0001 and i found the resistance Broken, I replaced it with a new resistance, but after copying 50 pages it gives the same Error and i found the new resistance broken again !!!! can any one help me !!!!!!!

once years ago I Had E000 with a canon ir 3530 it was new, it only had about 700 copy, maybe was the general electrical net (it was not a problem of the copier), I Think this photocopiers are very special with it, and for it was broken the resistence.

you just check pressure roller bushes.if it is worn out replace it.

When the ceramic heater element has cracked into two or more pieces with apparent arcing from the heater element/ repeatably( more than once)

Cut all the wire ties on the wire harness running from the fuser assembly to the DC-CON PCB and Power Supply.
