what paper size is in tray 2 ? does it display correct size on panel ?

what happens on two-sided from other trays ??

Rushes so the jam when using the drawer 2 in one-sided copies or printers. When using two side of the drawer 2 is not defective. A4 and the same paper used and displayed. When using other copies or prints of drawers is not the problem. Still have not checked the bits of the mode i / o. Do you have any idea about the defect. As we have said already checked and changed some items from another machine with this next, as the process unit, duplex unit, ps61 sensor connectorof the duplex, duplex pull together, dc controller, machine upgrade and feeding 2.
I am no more ideias.Sorry me for some mistakes in my English.

Hello,

As you've mentioned it, the machine seems to work normally with the other drawers. So, the anomaly is with drawer 2. It could detect a wrong paper format (it is detecting a shorter format). That's why you've a stationnary jam. I mean, PS61 is detecting a longer paper size than the one put in drawer 2.

hello thanks for the tips personal problem solved, the problem was caused by broken wire in the harness connector of the feeding 2.After exchange the same problem was solved. Thank you.
