iR4570 - Jam 0105

[MFPTech]

iR4570 - Jam 0105 only from the first tray. Swapped all tires from Tray 2 and T2 still works fine whereas from T1 cannot run even a single sheet. Looked at a TB and it suggests replacing the following parts:


FB6-4852-000 - grey vertical path roller x1


FM3-1298-000 - GUIDE, DECK PATH x1


FM3-1296-000 - RIGHT LOWER DOOR ASSEMBLY x1


FM3-1297-000 - RIGHT LOWER INNER DOOR ASS'Y x1


FU6-2974-000 - SPRING, TENSION x1


FC5-0567-010 - PLATE, PICK-UP ASS'Y MOUNT, U x1


FC5-0641-010 - COVER, PCB x1


Are all these parts necessary to be replaced please, or is there more (lol) ?

Seriously, is there anything else beside replacing all those parts that can fix the problem, please?

Gear, 14T = #FU3-0289-000
Bushing = #FS1-1205-000
Bushing = #RS5-1567-000
top torque limiter part # RB1-6588-000
