[Jamming] ir3300

hi everyone i have a ir3300copier which has a reading of 1.5lakhs copies, now the copier is showng a eroor ie jamming in duplex area, i checked there and i didnt find any paper there, i cleaned the sensors/replaced, still the jamm problem is there, what is the issue

you have jamming paper in duplex area ....that means it have something sensor was broken there ..try change it ....or enter at service mode to reinitialized all memory ...we waiting the error message if you have in this ir3300 ?

it is not showing any error code it shows paperjammed plz emove it , it is on the duplex or in the fixing area

We had a publishing company as a customer. But it was impossible to set the series iR2200 to 3300 in their building.
We believe it was something electrical breakdown when they started the presses at night. A DC-CON clear, followed by a sound from the duplex area, were performed almost every day.
But all the other Canon printers have worked well there.

Does the machine show paper jam immediately it is switched on? If so check on the sensor flags and the wiring.If the machine shows the jam during copying,check on the duplex drive belt and the general drive system of the duplex.
