with that model and all similar models you want to scrape off all noise suppression pads located in right hand door. You will find them under all paper guides operated by a solenoid. With age they get sticky and the guides will stick to them causing jamming problems.

Remove all sticky dampers...under upper duplex guide also. If it does it when they use crap paper, tell them sorry...buy some decent paper.

        Like stated, but better paper.

Or send out your duplexes to Staples/ Office Depot and give them the headaches.

Low end Canon's have a poor record on duplexes.

but the weird that the paper stuck under the grey roller loctaed in the right door its cruled inside it.
Is the paper jam when you command single print or multiple paper print
If there is jam when multiple print then you should clean the solenoid or replace it
It is in the fitting or simply replace the entire fitting buy a secondhand fitting it's not so much expensive
