please help i have this canon ir1600 i have been servicing for paper jam. however now the problem is that it now picks two papers and displayes msg incorrect paper size if i use try 1 however if i use bypass its ok.
help

Easy fix> clean or replace tray rollers/ also inspect the shaft (bent)??

inspect or replace Cassette Pickup Solenoid SL151.
The solenoid should only be triggered when PS152 the retry sensor does not detect the leading edge of the paper within a specific period of time.
try fresh ream of paper

Hi IR 1600 picks two papers first one and after the other paper, because the solenoid don t return at time and the pick ups turn around twice. it is the sound absorber of the solenoid is sticky.
