[CQ] IR 8500 light band leading edge

Hi,

IR 8500 Light band on leading edge but only appears when printing over the network, not when making copies.

can you post a sample for us to see and help you with this issue?

Which direction is the light band going? left to right on the page as it exits or front to back?

Normally image quality issues are seen on prints and copies. And I dont see a print driver causing a light band across your pages.
