IR C3220 - HELP NEEDED

Running on Mac osX 10.6.8 Every time I send a job, it pauses and doesn't leave the Job cue from my computer...and doesnt go anywhere. But if I Open the toner door it does shoe on the print cue it's open... ANY SUGGESTIONS

do u have a Fiery(imagePass) connected ?

what/ if any messages on control panel ( add toner/empty waste/replace drum ------etc.

Yes it does have a fiery... THe funny part is that Im the only one on a MAC in the Office!!! Everyone else can print to that machine from their PC's.

The problem is that at this point I dont know which one to use?
So many drivers and I've been reading not to use some...
It's getting really frustrating

I'm not sure that the C2 is supported by Fiery on the 10.6 operating system

Where did you get the print driver from that you are currently using? There is a fiery express driver that came out with the LION OS over the summer time that is supposed to work with the C2. You can download that from driver here>>>Canon U.S.A. : Support & Drivers : imagePASS-C2

Just choose your OS and download and install the file.

I would completely delete everything you have now.

There is deleter for Mac from this link:

Look for Fiery Software Uninstaller for Mac OSX, while at it you might want to check if you printing woes was due to Fiery Print Driver Update for Mac OS 10.6 not installed in your Mac OS 10.6 Snow Leopard.
