Hi Friends,

I have supplied a brand new canon copier ir3235N, after installation first copy came top edge black nearly 2 inch. Then after few copies copy is ok but after 2 or 3 days again same problem. then after few copies it is ok. but I think it will be happen again. Machine is new and meter reading not even 500.

Please can you advise what is the exact problem. please reply some one soon.

Need to investigate dude! Do you have the same issue with print because canon have bulletin
for replacing Carriage Unit and CCD Cable

this is normal on a new setup with this model. We see it every week and it is nothing to worry about.

Thanks friend, when i print user data list is ok, but for copying only problem

After few copies it will copy very clear.

its not solid, but dirty streaks from doing the toner stir on the empty developer. It gets on the drum and transfer roller and after a few pages cleans itself off.

thanks friend, I checked developer , toner is enough in the developer.

magnet roller also ok.
