in some machines of ir 400 if i use lg toner it starts to over flow and make designs on copy.i tried by emptying and blowing out all toner on cd unit.then also same result.can anybody suggest any solution?

Use canon genuine toner. Generic toner causes quality issues especially when it overflows into the machine.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
