    the way it was initially designed you did not an error code of any kind and the toner packed up all the way into the cleaner assembly and snapped the feed screw. This is why the updates came out about a month ago in regards to the cleaner unit.
    Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

      All I see is the tp about tensioner for cogged belt.
      Luckily I've only had one waste toner call.

        The way you describe this iRA8105's cleaner cog up is almost the same as NP6060. The only different is that NP6060 was due to heat from fixing not able to expel out from fan, causing toner to be harden up near neck of cleaner & chute waste feedscrew. Sometimes really make one wonder what the R&D Engrs are thinking!?
