      Hope this helps.

      1. When a faulty image ascribed to CIS scanning side occurs at both-side simultaneous scanning, re-fit J308 connector on the Interface PCB, and then make copies.
      2. Suspect poor connection of the DIMM mounted on the backside of the Memory PCB found in the Reader unit, remove the DIMM, clean its terminal with lint-free paper moistened with alcohol, re-fit the DIMM, and then make copies again.
      3. Re-fit all the connectors on the Memory PCB.

      1. If the symptom still occurs, replace the DIMM with a new one.
      2. WA7-4603-000 : iR5075 Series (Now deleted, see note below)

      • WA7-4751-000 : iR C5185 (Now deleted, see note below)

      1. If the symptom still occurs, suspect a fault in the Memory PCB, and replace it with a new one.
        • FM3-0472-000 / New PN: FM3-4436-000 : iR5075 Series
NOTE: In order to improve reliability, the DIMM installed to the socket of the Memory PCB is now surface mounted. Accordingly, delete the DIMM (WA7-4603-000) which is now included with FM3-4436-000.
