can anyone come across this issue? when i switch on is start warmup but it take too much time then it display out of toner message. i therefore replaced toner but no change happen ; i also change the toner bloc ; PCB board , main motor ,, but there is no change , i will appreciate any idea/(this machine has works for 1 month only)

Check the Gear Holder on developing assy.. If the material is EF378, replace it with the Gear Holder (F1382(D4))

The material of the Gear Holder [1] was changed during production. Due to small of the insulation resistance, a fault
in detecting the toner level occurs. When the amount of toner in the Developing Assembly becomes low, the
following messages; 'Prepare the toner' and 'Replace the toner' are not displayed. When executing printing in this
state, the above symptom occurs.
