[Jamming] PC745 Shows Paper jam after about 4 seconds after press print button

Ive checked entire copier for paper debris etc but there is nothing in the system. If I turn off power ther repower the paper jam light comes on 4 sec after i press the print button. Checked connections. Is it the bypass tray sensor? Where can i get a parts list and locate parts
Any help greatly apprecited

Paper is in the tray. No paper is jammed anywhere in the machine. When the print button is pressed the rollers do not spin and after about 4 seconds the jam light next to the print button comes on and the printer stops.
I mainly service and repair new and used toy trains including electronics . I once repaired tv's and radios. I have repaired several copiers. this copier is for my shop and I need it for the holidays.
