did u touch the screw ?????????????
    screw.JPG
Do not touch the screw used to keep the fixing assembly in place.
Turning the screw will change the pressure of the fixing assembly, which cannot be adjusted in the field, necessitating the replacement of the fixing assembly.

-First off/ remove that crappy grease
-Second off/ add a wrap to the spring/
u probably have slow reaction of the flag/stuck out of position_
    ( 02=paper present )
The sensor does not go off within a specific length of time after the sensor has gone on.

your paper is reaching sensor in time/ but the slow delay on exit is issue

    1.wrong grease/poor pressure for exit
    2.flag release reaction

?? when u power off & on printer after jam code - if message is cleared , that means a slow reaction time of flag

The screw were turned because my technichen turned where the copier were at the clients.
i have checked when i took the copier in my service there were painted in red and i put in the original place so i do not think that is the problem.
i will clean the old grease and put some new one.
please can you explain what should i do when you say " wrap to the spring"???

Paper will jam in fuser as it goes tru if there is not enough pressure on the fuser film. Check spring on the door and also the white cam to activate the pressure on the film

I put the same fusing unit into a different machine but the same problem happened ( it jams just it passes the fusing unit).

I have changed the sensor that is in the fusing unit but the same problem.

                Can anyone help me ?
Make sure the pressure roll is really not of this equipment and IR2270. Check the pressure of the pressure springs uf.check and clean the sensor behind the transfer unit. Make sure the rod record is not worn.

                  Hello Teckat,

i have not riparied yet the machine.
i have put another new fusing film ( compatible ), the fusing film has its own grease.
i cleaned before i put the new grease.
i checked the sensor and the other parts but i did not see any problem.
but still the paper jams just it goes out of the fusing unit and in the jam error it shows 0207 that means PS13 sensor.

                              Mine keeps jamming like this
                              IMG_20150820_182432.jpg
                              Here's the code:

                              IMG_20150820_182550.jpg
i Tried checking the fixing and i forgot to turn it off... (My bad)
Then after i reboot the machine it gives me this:
                              IMG_20150820_213646.jpg
i Can actually clear the error. PS 13 sensor works fine. the retraction is quick .

                              Recent activity:
Change fixing film, i did put fixing grease and it is rolling fine..
Did check the paper dial, all good

jam code is a delay jam to PS14
When the jam occurres, the trail edge of the page would be accordion folded at the fixing assembly.

Remove the damper pads for the fixing delivery reversal flapper
                                .

                                or-----------------
Check for a broken 1st paper delivery flapper in the 2nd delivery frame assembly.
The part, FL2-1212-030 can be seen in the image below.

part tends to break at the point where the solenoid actuates the flapper.

Check to make sure the Locking Plate is installed in the correct position (see below).
