5180 Rear ITB lift arm. Can you speak about the problem?

I have seen some of these break on this model. Has anyone replaced this and know what the deal is? Have you ever had the ITB " latch " break. I assume this is the ITB pressure lever. I have not experienced these beaking in many years of service. ??

when fc7-3778 (lock lever) breaks occasionALLY----- we replace it -----it has been modified.
fb6-2967 (rear pressure arm)---never seen it break
If you are asking about the blue handle fc7-2704 . never seen it break

I just ran some search on fc7-3778 . Are you sure this is a valid number ? Its not in manual , nothing like it in the manual.
