IR2270 paper jam

Paper jam indication as copier is turned on first thing in the morning. Check and there is no paper anywhere.

I had the same issue on IR4570. my problem was that the registration sensor flag was getting stuck on the foam piece towards the back of the machine. you should check that. and replace that foam piece.

u don't have one jam code listed in the log

do u see a FF03 jam indication message on panel

your situation when the machine detect paper jam although there is no paper inside mean your have a problem with feeding unit..its always happen to canon IR model such as IR3300, IR4570 and etc..u should take out the whole feeding unit and check its sensor (maybe broken flag sensor) or any broken/loose gear...when the feeding cannot pick up the paper, paper jam sign will appear in screen..for troubleshooting use your bypass and see same problem happen or not..
