Canon 1024F error after working fine: Change papersize tray: Env

Hello,

After messing about with the printer (Canon 1024F) and trying to convince it to print on a C5 envoelope I finally managed to convince it to work. It now loads the envelope from the Stack bypass, prints perfecty fine on a C5 envelope and then gives the following error:

Change papersize
tray: Env

This is highly annoying because every time I print an envelope I have to manually cancel the printing job, otherwise no further printing can be done.

How to I fix this so I don't get an error after printing?

Yes, the paper type is correctly set as Envelope C5, and it also prints correctly. Just that it gives an error at the end, considers it did not print and will not print anything else until I cancel the print job.

What App are u using to print from ???


did u do a MF tray width adjustment in service mode ????

I am printing from Microsoft Word 2007 and the page size is set correctly in the application. Also it is set to Envelope C5 in the Advanced settings before print.

I did not did not do MF tray width adjustment in service mode since I don't really know what that is or how to do it.

Setting the proper Feed From location in the Printing Options section of the Envelopes and Labels Window in Word.
The proper Feed From location is AUTO.

4) At the bottom of this Window, you will see the Feed From drop down Menu.
