    Ir7095 cassettes

    Hi, today we service another ir7095 machine. The problem is cassettes 2,3 and 4 unable to pull the paper up and it show jam. It can detect the paper but it seems pick-up, feed and separation roller doesn't function at all. Cassette 1 running fine. Base on the jam code 102, 103 and 104 I did cleaned all the pick-up sensors but no cure. Is there anything that I miss out or any clues? Thanks

      how many copies on each cassette?

      seems you need to replaCE those rollers.

          We changed all rollers including pick-up, feed and separation rollers for all cassettes 1,2,3 and 4 since we serviced it all at once.
