    Dev unit Similarity

    I am short on Dev unit for iR2018. But I have a unit for iR2016.

    My guess is that they are 99% the same.

    Anyone switched with success between the two types ?

                      Field Result:

                      They are not 100 same. You need to cut out some plastic part from the 2016 series to fit in the 2018 series.

                          Are you talking about developer unit or drum unit??

                                  My bad dude, because i believe in part catalog.FM3-3671-000 is number for 2016,2018,2020.In practice is little bit different.

                                          absolutly, the ir 2016 developer unit is working ok in the ir 2018, but the cover FC6-4144-000 GUIDE, TONER BOTTLE is diferent , you have to cut out......

                                                  iR2016 = iR2020 and ir2018 = ir2022. you will not close bottle cover correctly.
