[Error Code] imagepress c1 code e005-0001

hello everybody.
constantemente sale dicho codigo, ya cambie el solenoide de la tela pero el codigo sale . la maquina se queda funcionando pero luego el cliente manifiesta que sale luego de tres horas aproximadente.
el contador esta reseteado y tiene aun bastante tela ademas por estas razones marca e005-0000.
a mi me esta marcando e005-0001.
alguna ayuda?

By fabric he means the web was installed incorrectly my friend.
The solenoid would actuate but the web did not advance.
