    Canon ir5570 E0014

    I haev e0014 in my copier ir5570 .
    I replace the heater motor , the dc controllrer and cheak all connectors.
    please i need help,thanks.

    Check if you can smoothly turn rollers by hand.Probably just need to repair fix assy.

      I agree. Did you pull the fuser apart and inspect the rollers, bearings and shutter assembly. What shape are the gears in?

        Check front door interlock switch (SW2)>>>>check harness & switch magnet adjustment.

        Lower Fuser roller bearings are XG9-0636-000.

          Charm and Teckat are spot on. Had similar problem and changed lower press roller bearings and problem solved.

            Your milage may vary - even with the new bearings and following the TP, some units still had the same issue. Canon then released a pressure roller unit that had bearings pre-installed (FM2-4683). For us, that has resolved the issue of early bearing wearout.

              Look for a cracked gear.

                yes the roller with the bearings pressed on has been very effective
