ir7095 alignment

Ir 7095 machine when we print 1 side from adf theres no problem with the image but once we do double side from adf the image slide down approximate in 1cm. I got no idea is it the problem coming out from adf or duplex unit?

Go to service mode and check with PG test print,2 side.

You could also start by making a 2 sided copy from the glass to see if the adf is the source of the problem. If 2 sided copies from the glass are ok then clean all Adf sensors. Then try adf duplex copies again to see if any improvement. Do not do any sensor adjustments (Sens-Int) for the Doc feeder until you have cleaned all the sensors.

Hi, actually it happen only when using adf. Using glass to make 2sided theres no problem. But today it seems no problem with adf. But i scared it may come back again.

As stated previously, If it only happens using the adf , and if your intermittant problem persists...................Clean the sensors in the adf. Then do SensInit in service mode. Good luck my friend.
