    IR 3320i, DADF-H1

indicating a jam in doc feeder and pick up roller is staying down. Display shows to check under feed in cover and underside of doc feeder. There is no paper jammed. doc feeder sensors change from 0 to 1 in service mode so assuming they are good.

Only thing I can find online is something about initializing the sensors? Couldn't find anything in service manual about this?
    TIA
