Having issues with an ir2525, not detecting ltr paper. changed sensors, going to try the pcb next. Does anybody know the part number for the harness that connects to j563/j573? Thanks!

enter service mode and change the following setting:
#SCAN>READER>OPTION>BODY>SENS-CNF to "1"
Check if the height of the feeder is incorrect > this will causing the open/close sensors to not be activated properly.
There are 2 open/close sensors S32 and S33 for the 2525 / 2530 series and S21 / S26 for the 2535 / 2545 series.
These sensors detect the open/close position of the cover. If the height is off and these sensors are not actuated properly, the size detection will be incorrect. Height adjustment can be found on page 5-4 of the AA1 service manual and 5-3 of the AB1 service manual.
Adjusting the Height
1. Pre-check
Check whether the front and rear document glass spacers provided under the bottom of the DADF are in close contact with the document glass when the DADF is closed.
If visual check is difficult, perform the check with reference to the next and subsequent pages.
MEMO:
Insert a sheet of paper between the DADF stream reading glass and the document glass spacers (two) and pull out the sheet. It is recommended that slight resistance is felt when pulling out the sheet.
