Jam with code 0108 on iR -ADV 6075.

    Hello to all ...
    I have a problem by paper jam in a Canon iR-ADV 6075.
To be precise, when the machine works in front / rear, when the sheet is taken from the inverter to enter the duplex unit, jammed with code j0108 ...
    Have you ever had?

If you could help me find the solution.
    thanks.

Re: Jam with code 0108 on iR -ADV 6075.

The jam code '0108' is occurring only with duplex copies, when feeding from paper deck 2. The 0108 Jam is defined as a delay jam at duplex merging sensor PS67.

    Solution :
In this case, the mylar in the center of the duplex path was stuck under the white idler rollers in the duplex tray. After the mylar was positioned correctly in the duplex unit, the jam code was resolved.

The paper does not reach the mylar, but jammed before entering in the duplex unit (orizzontal transport)...

On the tail of the paper, there appears a slight bend ... But I can not understand the cause ....

I had something similar, not sure of jam code.
            Cheat the door switch,
watch it go in the duplexer once, reverse and go back to the same spot.
            IF so:
It should be going to the top path in duplexer , not to the same lower path the second time.
Check for missing spring on reverse solenoid, behind the fuser.
Ther is no part number for the spring, but you can find a substitute on a 6800 solenoid.

                Hello everyone!
I found the cause of the Jam: The paper slams against the flag, side registration (code FC8-7295-000).
The flag was consumed in the tip and no longer performs its job properly.
                Thank for the help !
