Hi masters

I have change the main controler 1 on my iR-ADV C5030 (FM4-3833-020)
When boot up, no more error message E602-4000 but screen is black
I think I have to reload the software
Can you provide an Url for the fimware,I want to use an USB stick

Blank display / Green Power LED ON with initial rotation --YES or NO

First check is the External Interface Cable on Main Controller PCB 1 connector J1003 which is for the Control Panel I/F as shown in the figure below. If this cable is not properly seated, you will get no display.



did u check or troubleshoot the MEMORY -- bet that is the issue
check or replace upper stick of DDR2-SDRAM on Main Controller 1. ---------DDR2-SDRAM is FM4-0831-000.

Update the imageRUNNER ADVANCE Series System Software In Service Mode

Point to note: Main Controller 1 is different between models.
Listed are the models and part numbers for each.
iRA 5030 (FM4-3833-000),
iRA 5035 (FM4-3832-000),
iRA 5045 (FM4-3831-000),
and iRA 5051 (FM4-3830-000).



Blank but the Green Power LED is On
with NO initial rotation/ u need to check Relay PCB
check for the 24VDC on the DC Controller
If the voltage comes on and then immediately goes off.
the DC Power Supply may be the problem. The part number for the DC Power Supply is FM3-6030-000

&
Try disconnecting connectors from the DC Controller, one at a time, and cycling the power each time.(see note)
check if display comes up (it will post an error for unplugged connector (take note of connector)

Note: On this series the power plug should be disconnected before any boards or connectors are disconnected.
Check the fuses on the Relay PCB

Is it ok ?

Mr. Contributor,

I have the latest SST but need the C5035 firmware. I received a C5035 with hard drive removed because of security concerns.

This will be greatly appreciated.
