Hi to all comrades. Am working on IR6000 the paper cassettes 1 and 2 have failed to lift the decks.Checked the drive motors all fine, replaced sensors,cleaned all the gears and still failed to lift both decks.Assistance requested thanks.

Motor drive checked and is ok. The 24v are also present at the motor terminalsComment

Check the steel cable at the back of cassettes does it fall out of position?
When closing the front decks make sure the lever can push high enough to lift the cam.
