    Ir 8500 showing suspended

    Dear Friends,

    I facing a problem with IR8500.As soon as if i press start key, the machine will scan, but during pickup,the machine will run & after that it will give paper jam,in display it shows suspended.
    I had changed DC controller,HV board,Fixing Feeder assy,Laser unit,Reader controller.Whether it could be a problem from mechanical portion. can you please guide me what i have to do.

      Try to disconnect finisher or puch unit.Also can be a door swich issue.

          I once had a similar issue with an IR5065. The reason is due to the stappler cartridge which was not well installed.

              Check you platen glass. Is it inserted correctly. It must hit the sensor at top left corner. If not so then you reinsert the platen glass.
