ImageRunner 2200 ... help!

    ImageRunner 2200 ... help!

    Wandered into my firehouse and was hit with the usual "Hey, you work on copiers ... can you fix this?". Of course, Canon is one of teh brands I know nothing about.

    Ok, it has a message to turn off and on again and, if it still doesn't come up, call service. The error, if I recall correctly, is E000019-0000. Any idea what causes this? Oh, how to get into service mode would be awesome as well!

    Off to Google the hell out of this!

      It's a full waste bottle.

      On the left side lower rear cover, you'll find the bottle. IIRC the neck of the bottle has to be clean for the message to clear. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
