If i remember well, this model does have preconditioning lamps but not blank exposure lamps. Try to use the machine with front door open and program at least two copies then stop the copy-cycle between successive copies. Verify the image on the drum. In normal conditionns, there shouldn't be any image. If it is'nt the case, it means that the drum is beeing charged between successive copies and this results a high toner consumption. Your High Voltage "box" doesn't "put" the charging corona grid to ground. So, just change the whole HV PCB box.Rachid.
