My customer have fax L220 with send issue.Always bussy.Recieve is OK.But this fax working just fine in my shop.I plug a new fax in my customer office and work without problems.Try to turn off ECM,slow down recieve speed,check all setings and made all clear.No luck.Any help please?!

Is it an analog line or PBx? Most of the newer Kyocera have settings to accommodate communication across PBx. Maybe Canon too?
Could it be as simple as dialing a 9 prefix to get an outside line?
Or how about adding a pause or two after the 9 to allow a few more seconds for the line to connect? If the T1 timer (35 seconds) is timing out, you can add a few pauses after the phone number to increase the T1 value. The T1 timer does not start counting until the last digit is dialed, even if that last digit is a pause.
Have you put a phone tester on the line and looked at the values? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

is it having problem with all outgoing faxes or just that 1 number?
if just 1 number, seems like some faxes just will not fax to certain fax numbers, don't know why.Comment
