error code 000003-000 canon 2318

i have my canon 2318 which showing error 000003-00 what could be the problem,please help.

try to clear this error by entering the service mode press additional function+# then choose clear press ok then choose ALL press ok the machine will reboot if the code appears again so i guess you have to replace
the fixing heater element....i wish you good luck

"Clear all" won't clear the error code E0003.

To clear the error, execute the following in service mode:
COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR (already posted by copymech)

it just standard 2 lines display brother, you won't find it...

settings registration 2 and 8 settings registration ...as usual then
clear, engine, error clear

turn off and on
