Which particular cassette are you using?ie A4 orA4R? If you are using A4,try to ascertain the distance between the white line,thus it could be the drum cylinder or the developing cylinder on the developing unit.If you are using A4R,check the distribution of toner on the dev unit.Try to clean all the optics and the laser unit as well.

I've been cleaning the magnetic dev but the result is still the same.

Hi mate,

There could be hard toner in behind your mag roller. Try inserting a small piece off folded paper In the top and underneath your mag roller and moving it back and forward a few times to clear the hard toner that may be causing this.

That pattern looks too wide to be dv. Looks like a drum problem. How many copies on the drum and have you tried changing it?

Sorry, never noticed the sample. Yeah, it's looking like your drum, I'd try that first.
