[Error Code] ir5055 E001 ERROR

hI ALL,
I have a ir5055 with 1.8mil on it.

Intermittent error E001-0001
I have replace all thermistors, door switches, upper and lower roller, all looks ok.

Any ideas would be great

Normally this error refers to the fixing assembly, however intermittent power issue ca also cause this issue. failing ac driver, bad connector. all are possible causes.

No Nip eck but cant see how that could make too much difference as the temo is taken from upper roller, error also accurs while machine in idle mode too

Do you have an upper fuser section to test in the machine?
Either refurbed or new preferably.

Hi all, thanks for the feedback,
I am now getting 0B00 jams to and we need to turn machine on and off to clear, jam says fuser area.

I have ordered a connector and wiring loom as I think the connection is being lost, I will also swap fuser too as suggested with a spare I have.

More ideas accepted

These fusers are a pain ,. You can replace everything and still get Ecodes.
Try replacing the heater unit.
If that does not work, you need a different fuser as OZE says refurb or new.

Hi all,
REplace wiring loom for the FIXING/FEEDER FRAME ASSEMBLY, 2 weeks no issues and now error and 0B00 jam again. It still looks like machine has an issue in the fuser area. Going to now order upper fuser assembly and replace. Wish me luck or add any idea's please

If it comes back after replacing the fuser, then you have to replace the matching harness on the machine rear frame.

Yes, hve done on a ir5000, makes good photo and talking point too
