Customer has cracked the screen. What usually cracks? I see there are three layers, lcd display, then touchscreen, then an electrostatic sheet. The lcd is still showing all the buttons and looks ok as far as I can tell. Customer sent me a pic. They are an hour away. Maybe just the touchscreen portion, is it glass? Just thinking if the lcd display cracked, it would be discolored or not come on.
