    Error code E733 0001 during installation. IPC6010 + creo

    Hi guys,

    We are installing an imagePRESS C.6010 + creo. Engine works but very (too) often engine stops with error code E733-0001 (communication problem) a lot of connections has been checked.

    Same problem engine alone (without sorter and POD)

    Do you have any experience about this error code?

      Ensure all system software for the machine and accessories match according to the released version.


      Check all connectors on DC controllers 1-1, 1-2, and 1-3

              Hello,

              Situation become catastrophic... 15 days after installation engine still locked by error code E733.

              Several PCB has been replaced: DC-Con1-1 , 1-2 , 1-3, tranceiver PCB, main _M PCB, DC-Con clear done. CK-YM Bundle between Main_M and DC-Con 1-1 replaced. All connections checked several times.

              Configuration ImagePRESS C.6010 (version 88.03) Creo Version 2.1. POD, Stacker high capacity.

              Any other suggestion ?

                  Could be a printer power supply issue.Start with replacing a cable connection between DC controller PCB 1-3 and main controller PCB (MAIN-P).

                  I believe you folow the procedure:

                  When turning OFF the main power, both
                  the main unit and accessories must be
                  turned OFF. When turning the main
                  power back ON, turn the accessories ON
                  first, then the main unit.

                              Hello,

                              Unfortunately, all points has been checked several times without any result.

                              Main-P, main-M ,all DC-Con has been changed, also 3 x cables between DC-Con and Main-P.

                              We have noticed that on some prints printed (and locked into engine), before error code, one color is missed (often magenta).

                              Sometime, also when problem (code) arrive, black or magenta color are shifted on paper (5 mm) into horizontal direction.

                              Memories on Main-M (DDR SDRAM?)

                              What can I do now...?
