iR2870 Finisher-S1

Hai all ,
Need help.
When on copier,the stack tray will move down to bottom.
Without any error code,i exchange another board and check the lower limit sensor,the stack tray still move down to bottom.
Any suggestion?

It was the paper surface sensor(PI3) level spring missing

that sensor flag on the bottom of the finisher was updated and its a pain to get that spring on!
