        Hi to all,

You've a fixing pressure issue. When replacing the fixing film, take care to adjust the close/open right door system. It's shown in the attachment.

But .. ive change the other heater unit on it .. still the same . the unit i've used i install it in the other IR4570 it works normal .
thats why im not suspect the heater unit problem. Any idea on PCB board can effect the heater issue ?

It can be the dc controller pcb and the power supply too.

                    i've check the Copier>Display>Analog>Fix-C and Fix-E .. its above 180deg when printing ..
but .. when i test print the test pattern No2 ..toner can easily wipe off ..
i've change the power board ..is it the DC controller board is on the left side of the back cover ? or the board with the Hard dise ?

                        Also....
Inspect the latch that releases and applies pressure to the fixing film /make sure it is not bent> causing this mechanism to work erratically (proper and improper pressure when the Main Right side door is closed ).

                            Dear all

Since the fixing assembly works well on another machine, i suppose that the fixing pressure adjustment screws are OK.
To give you more information about the right door close/ open system, notice that when opening the right door, the fixing film and the pressure roller are separated (for clearing jam purposes) and when closing, they are pressing each other for good fixing purposes. Since the copier displays a correct fixing temprature, then i imagine that power and dc controller pcbs are ok. So, the only remaining parameter is a lack of fixing pressure.

                            Rachid.

THAT is the screw for adjusting the pressure that you NEVER EVER touch
