    Canon NP3825

An old one for sure !!!, runs good ... message came up to change web, did that ... how does one re-set ??? I only have the Intavia guide on this one, it mentions a little hole to insert a hex key or paper clip into to push a service switch !! I've done this on other models - but could not find a hole anywhere in the control panel to do this !! ........... Any ideas ???

    Thanks, Mike

    web counter reset

hole under toner hopper bottom front right inside front panel.
push pin into hole and $ will apper top left of display. then press *6* counter and scroll using i think the lighter and darker buttons till you find web counter . whilst pressing pin in hole press c button to zero .

This is purely from memory and not seen one for about 10 years- hope this is correct............

    regards,

      Enter service mode *6* > WEB 100002 > * > 0 > clear > reset > reset.

This one is a little different than the other Canon's.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
