SST Connection Error - Canon 5185i Firmware Upgrade

The 5185i printer is definitely in download mode (accessed via 2&8 upon startup) and I still get this screen...Anyone have an idea?

FIXED issue. Now, am having more problems

Now, I am getting "did you install new HDD?" I click no.
Then, "Did you install HDD encryption board?" I click no.
Then, "Serious failure occurred on HDD. Initialize, blah blah." I click "Initialize" and get following error:
E240
Error response:Process has ended in error.

Hello,

It is possible that with a wrong action you destroy a part of software.

That's not a problem, try to connect SST via (star 1 & 7 star) instead of *2&8* you got a fix IP from engine, you can check and reinstall everything you want.
