      Make sure that all software on the copier is up to date at correct type for having a rip attached. Have you turned on the option in service mode to enable the rip?

          I just had this same problem today Cust. called because they thought it needed a hard drive, I cloned a different one, and the copier was able to print the config. sheet also I run some test pages (pcl, and the others) It seem to be fine, but It is hook up to a mac computer, when we went to make it print , the mac would not make it print, so I started playing with it and the copier went back to the same pictures as in the original post, I put back the old HDD and it was doing the same (the pictures) so now I do belive the problem is on the HDD software. I'm going back tomorrow to replace the HDD again. Now my question is what do I need to do to make the mac computer print to it???
