Make sure that the laser shutter is opening properly. It's operated by a feature on the cartridge.

i removed the shuter to make sure that the shuter is waking properly,but still keeping blank nothing change.

Hello,

1- Is this common to copy and print?

2-Try to mark the extremities of the developing and the drum cylinders an make sure they're turning.

3- As i worked a little on these models, i noticed that the transfert roller gets blocked. Verify if it rotates easily.
