Any ideas?
I was asked to look at IRC1028i today whilst at another machine.
It drops off the network completely at random times/ random durations. No print / ping / RUI etc. Only a reboot will cure.
Another engineer had visited a few days ago for the same thing and performed an all clear.
The customer has physically moved the machine a little to use another network point / cabling. This also means it goes through a slightly different network / switch path than before. Same result.
The software has been updated to WLA5202 ( was v50 on arrival ) and I have increased the sleep time and power consumption to high.
Any other ideas?
