IR2525: 8mm white band in prints and copies Just after installation.

Dear all

We recently installed an IR2520 and the first print and copy come with an 8mm white bande at the middle. Obviously, we changed the laser. The same band is still there. With not much conviction, we replaced the developing assembly. The band disepeared ?????

When installing the iR2500 series you must go to Service Mode to : #CLEAR > ENGIN > TNRINST to supply Toner to the developing unit.
Are you a trained tech ?

hello my man, your post has no relation with poster..., installing toner is a must, unless you'll get blank copy...
