[CQ] 5570 intermitent print half the image

This ir5570 print halt the image on letter/legal paper size 1-2 out of every 10 pages.
half the page is completly blank.
I have swapped the Primary and transfer corona's and the developer assy.
Finally I replace the HVT PCB and the issue was solved.

Now 6 months later, the same symptoms reappears.
This is low volume unit and is very clean.

Any help would be appreciated.
