Can anyone here canhelp me to solve this problem jam code 107 double side jam ,i m using 70gsm paper right now,,I heard someone said there is a drum claw fit at the drum unit to prevent paper goes into the drum,is it true??Where can i bought it??

70GSM is too thin especially for double siding, you will never get the machine to run reliably on that weight.

Use 80gsm this is the standard.

I tell my customers to use 100gsm & that runs perfectly for long duplex runs.

Is there another way to solve this problem beside then changing paper quality??My customer deny to change the paper!!The reason is the previous machine is Ir3300 which is has no problem in double side copy with 70gsm paper!Pls help!!

yeah..., wasting time to solve this problem... (up 60 minutes), I also faced this problem a month ago.
paper size = A4 duplex. I suggested customer to change to 80gr, but they rejected, because there was another machine which also used 70gr, no similar issue. lucky me, after changed to A4R, the problem's solved, maybe you can try to change to A4R size...,

i do not know that kit can or not to order in other country???

this kit to prevention jam code 0107 is very prefect...

I know A4R will solve the problem ,the fact is the printing will be very slow(double side copy)and drum will get line very fast,My customer is a copy center owner every penny he is counting if i tell him to change to 80gsm paper i think he will jump up the table ang hang him self hahahah

yes.. you're right change to A4R size will get line fast on drum surface, but I don't have a choice coz my customer also refused to change paper weight to 80gr, It's difficult to get that Kit in my city, having that kit will be my choice instead of changing paper weight..

This modify kit need sell 3 parts :

1. screw x 3 , Parts No.:xa9-0679-000

2. drum claw plate x 1 , parts No.:fl2-6600-000

3. drum claw assembly x 1 , parts No: sorry i forget , search it on monday then tell on the forum .

This modify kit need sell 3 parts :

1. screw x 3 , Parts No.:XA9-0679-000

2. drum claw plate x 1 , parts No.:FL2-6600-000

3. drum claw assembly x 1 , parts No: FM3-4352-010
